Abstract

Lung cancer is the most common malignancy and cause of cancer mortality throughout the world in both male and female. Lung cancer can metastasize to any organ. Most common sites of metastases of lung cancer are liver, bone, kidney and CNS. Metastasis at rare site such as skeletal muscle may cause a diagnostic challenge. This leads to delayed diagnosis and initiation of treatment. We are here reporting a rare case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of lung presenting with skeletal muscle metastasis.
